Brenda Ross brings over 25 years of extensive legal expertise to My Law Office Managers. Beginning her career as a legal receptionist, she steadily advanced through roles such as paralegal manager, operations manager, and firm administrator. This diverse background, combined with her certifications and education, has made her a highly sought-after law practice management consultant specializing in optimizing law firm operations and driving measurable success.

Brenda holds a Degree in Computer Science and certifications in Agile Project Management, Google Project Management, and Six Sigma White Belt. She is proficient in utilizing advanced technologies and methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, and Asana to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Her expertise encompasses process optimization, staff training, recruitment, and technology integration, ensuring law firms achieve peak performance.

Professional Accomplishments:

Adjunct Professor: Teaches Civil Law and Procedures at St. Petersburg College’s ABA-approved Paralegal Program.
Published Author: Authored textbooks featured in two ABA-approved Paralegal Studies programs and contributed to the curriculum for Aspen Publishing, with a publication set for 2026.
NALA Contributor: Actively shares insights and guidance with the paralegal community through publications and webinars.

Client Liaison

Faith serves as our dedicated Client Liaison. Her role is essential to maintaining strong, trust-based relationships between our team and the people who rely on our services. Faith ensures that communication remains clear, compassionate, and consistent. She listens closely to each client’s needs, keeps them informed of the process, and makes sure they never feel lost or overlooked.

Currently pursuing a degree in Geology with a specialization in Volcanology, Faith brings more than just academic knowledge to the table—she brings a mindset grounded in observation, precision, and a deep appreciation for complex systems. This scientific background equips her with exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm and methodical under pressure—an asset to both our clients and internal team.

Faith’s passion for helping others, combined with her strong organizational skills and naturally empathetic nature, allows her to excel in a role that demands both efficiency and emotional intelligence. She bridges the gap between technical work and personal care, making sure that no matter how busy or complicated things get behind the scenes, every client receives timely updates, thoughtful check-ins, and an overall experience that reflects the values of our company.
